Which output formats can I use?
Form photos support JPG, PNG and WebP; signature output supports JPG and PNG. JPG fills transparency with white. PNG and WebP preserve transparent pixels. Check the accepted formats at your destination.
What happens to image metadata?
Canvas re-encoding generally drops source metadata and may change color representation. When regular compression retains the smaller original, its metadata remains. Keep a backup of your source.
