How to Print Multiple Passport Photos on One Sheet
Arrange correctly sized photo copies on A4 or 4 × 6 paper and avoid printer scaling, clipping and spacing mistakes.

Prepare one correct photo first
A sheet repeats its source photo, so inspect the individual image before making copies. Confirm the intended physical dimensions, composition and resolution, plus the destination's current photo rules. A grid of accurately repeated photos cannot fix an unacceptable background or crop. Use the photo workspace to prepare the image, then open its print-sheet settings. Preserve the original portrait so that you can correct framing without enlarging an already reduced export.
Match the sheet to the paper
Choose A4 or 4 × 6 paper according to the paper you will actually load. Set the sheet orientation and review the available area. Margins reserve space around the outside; spacing separates neighboring copies. Larger values leave more room for printer limits and cutting but reduce how many photos fit. A layout that cannot hold the requested copies should be adjusted rather than forcing the photos to become smaller than their intended physical size.
Check the layout before export
Inspect every row and column for clipping and verify that the selected copy count fits. Keep enough separation for cutting without trimming into a photograph. Choose the output format and quality deliberately; JPEG can be compact, while PNG avoids another lossy encoding step. More DPI increases the sheet's pixel dimensions and memory needs without improving an already blurry portrait. On a constrained phone, avoid unnecessarily large settings and keep other intensive tabs closed while preparing the sheet.
Prevent the printer from resizing it
The exported photo sheet contains print-resolution metadata, but the print application may still scale it. Select the matching paper size and Actual Size or 100%, and disable Fit to page. Borderless modes can enlarge the page slightly; ordinary modes may clip content too close to a non-printable edge. Review the preview and make one trial print. Measure a photo on the paper before producing the remaining sheets, rather than relying only on the on-screen dimensions.
Cut and inspect the finished copies
Use the spaces between photos as working room and measure the final cut dimensions. Check that the paper and printing quality satisfy the destination's instructions. Do not assume that more copies or a correct sheet size certifies passport acceptance; requirements also cover the image itself. If the print is too large, first investigate printer scaling rather than changing the original photo size to compensate. Keep the prepared single photo and sheet as separate files for future use.
