How to Merge PDF Files in the Right Order
Combine supported PDFs locally, verify page order and understand which interactive document features are not preserved.

Decide whether page copying suits the documents
Merging is useful when a recipient wants several documents in one PDF, but the combined file is a new document. Nexurivo copies supported static page content such as text and vectors. Its page-editing workflow removes annotations, interactive forms, links and document-level extras. Do not expect an existing digital signature to remain valid after creating a new file. If those features matter, keep the originals and use a process that explicitly supports the required document behavior.
Select supported files within the limits
Open Merge PDF and choose the PDFs to combine. Up to 20 files can be selected, with 25 MiB per PDF, 100 total pages and 100 MiB of selected input as limits. Additional memory and output guards can stop a complex job. Encrypted PDFs are rejected; the tool does not ask for a password or remove protection. If a source fails to load, obtain a supported copy from its author instead of repeatedly attempting the same unsupported document.
Review the sequence before merging
Check file order and the visible page sequence. A filename sorting order is not always the intended reading order. Place a cover page, supporting evidence and appendices according to the recipient's instructions. Look for duplicate title pages or scans included twice. Use the available ordering controls before creating the result. For a more detailed page-level change after combining, the reorder or delete tools can help, subject to the same page-copying limitations.
Create the combined file locally
The PDF engine loads when needed and works in the browser. Selected document bytes are not uploaded to Nexurivo. Large or complex documents can take longer, particularly on a phone, so avoid starting multiple intensive jobs at once. If the operation reports a limit or parsing error, reduce the selection or use a supported source. A failed operation should not be treated as a partially complete document ready for submission.
Validate the final deliverable
Open the saved PDF and inspect page count, order, orientation and representative text and graphics. Check every page when the document is important. Confirm the actual bytes against the destination's upload ceiling; combining files does not inherently compress them. Retain the separate originals, particularly if they contain forms, annotations or signatures absent from the merged copy. Nexurivo does not send the document to a recipient, and the later submission must follow that recipient's own rules.
